Harrison Carloss unveils modern rebrand for nationwide lettings and estate agency

Strategic marketing agency Harrison Carloss has unveiled a fresh new look for nationwide lettings and estate agency, Northwood. After a competitive pitch, Harrison Carloss was delighted to be chosen by Belvoir Group to undertake the branding project for the nationwide estate agency.

Part of a step to modernise the brand with almost 30 years of heritage behind it, the rebrand project will see over 90 of the locally owned Northwood offices across England, Scotland and Wales change their look.

Since its creation in 1995, Northwood has grown a network of local offices across the UK on a franchise basis. As part of the rebrand brief, the team not only wanted to modernise their look but also ensure the heritage of the brand still shone through.

Northwood officially launched the rebrand in September 2023 which has already started to roll out to their network of franchises.

Being chosen to rebrand a national estate agent with such heritage and credibility in their sector was a fantastic creative challenge for the team at Harrison Carloss. We didn’t want to lose the recognition and respect the brand had built up over their almost 30 year heritage but also had to ensure it could compete in a modernising industry. We were all so proud when we saw that first Northwood for sale sign in the new brand!”
