Psyomics

Time frame: Present

Primary care practitioners are seeing increasing numbers of patients with mental health concerns and needs. Mental health technology innovations are crucial to relieve the pressure on services, increase clinical efficiencies and provide a stronger base for improvements within treatment. To this end Psyomics is transforming mental health through the development of Censeo, software which is used to support healthcare practitioners. We were tasked with consulting on the Psyomics and Censeo brand and positioning, the organisation was not clear on how they should position themselves to the NHS and the private sector. With further products already in development, the approach recommended was that the Psyomics brand was the parent company and key driving force behind a group of products and solutions. We were then tasked with creating a highly distinctive brand and suite of branding materials that would not only be sympathetic to, and in keeping with, the abstract nature of mental health issues, but would reflect the complex and highly advanced technology of Psyomics' digital assessment platform. The branding also needed to appeal to both NHS and private health professionals and organisations as well as work with the existing Censeo product.

The ExtraCare Charitable Trust

Time frame: Present

We applied the values of the ExtraCare brand to the marketing of its retirement villages. This defied a number of conventions within the housing, property and care sectors, which traditionally focused on above the line advertising and promotion. We like to think that this is a 'social' approach in action before social media was invented. We built a dialogue with customers early on, engaging them with an inspirational proposition that focused on independent, healthy and active lifestyle benefits, rather than bricks and mortar. It enabled customers to shape and influence the end product and generated buy-in along the way. The approach reflected the lifestyle proposition in all aspects of the marketing mix and featured the voice of real residents as the most persuasive tool in building trust and confidence.

As their flagship store, Arco wanted to make the move a cause for celebration and enlisted Harrison Carloss to help support promotional activity through an integrated campaign including media buying and creative. In addition to the opening, the old store looked to hold their own closing down sale in order to help with the store move and also ensure that customers were aware of the upcoming relocation. The project posed a number of challenges. Arco needed to get the message out to as many customers as they could over the Christmas period, which is often a difficult time of year to get cut-through. Not only this, but they needed to get out multiple messages of the closing of the old store, the opening of the new and the varying levels of discount available over the offers period.
