Swimwear365 the UKs largest online swimwear retailer wanted to improve their content ad increase their social media following with the aim of increasing brand awareness and targeting a wider market.
Our strategy teams carried out extensive market research to establish the needs of existing and prospective Swimwear365 customers. We also worked to understand what audiences expected from official site communications vs how they wanted to engage with brands on social media. This meant a new approach, focusing on being fun, friendly and aspirational. Our clean structured and stylish new approach to SW365 content particularly on Instagram has the feed feeking far more consistent and considered. We developed a ew style for photography, image retouching and a more carefully timed content schedule to hit relevant social trends and talking points throughout the calendar year.
Our creative team generated flat lay images using Swimwear365 products and accesories, generating additional content to populate the feed. All the social channels now have their own voice, encouraging affinity and engagement with the audience. Most importantly heightened activity leading to sales has been recorded.
