Stagecoach UK

Time frame: Present

Stagecoach wanted to increase the sales and awareness of their Megarider ticket in a way that inspired people as to all the journeys that they could use the ticket for, instead of just the commute to work. We learned that not enough Stagecoach riders understood the true value of a Megarider ticket - its cost per use is actually a great deal - but if used beyond the 9-5 commute the value of it is superb. We therefore knew we needed to create a simple, powerful image and headline that instantly inspired people as to all the ways they could use a Megarider. Our striking image led approach was a real departure for Stagecoach, but the image immediately answered the brief and was complemented with a strong copy line. The image was shot over a number of days by Photographer Paul Moffat who also handled the retouching. We then rolled out a number of different executions to give Stagecoach's regional services the collateral they required to achieve their ticket sales. The campaign was shot pre-Christmas and completed for a mid-January roll-out. As well as the traditional bus advertising placement, the campaign was rolled out across a wide range of social and digital platforms with a number of radio executions delivered with the help of LBS Manchester.

Merseyside Police

Helping create a new positioning, raise awareness and corporate sponsorship of the UK's oldest Mounted Police Section to ensure they can continue to 'Stand Tall' in the communities of Merseyside. We had to get to the heart of what the Mounted Police section means to Merseyside Police, Businesses and the Communities of Merseyide. This involved understanding the key objections and motivations in order to help us build a positioning and identity that everyone could be proud of and would perfectly encapsulate what the Mounted Section stand for. Our identity needed to be truly owned by the Mounted Section, therefore its building blocks were borne from the elements of Merseyside - streets, communities, the river and of course the famous Liver Bird as well as the horses themselves. Our supporting marketing materials needed to have a gravitas to them so the various audiences could feel the sense of pride that the horses and officers have in serving the people. Photography days at the stable and around Merseyside plus skilled retouching, allowed us to create the beautiful images to use in the campaign. From fund raising brochures to a new website and other supporting marketing materials, we delivered the entire campaign on time and within a tight budget to help ensure the future of one of the UK's oldest Mounted Sections.

Public Health England

Time frame: Present

Helping to raise awareness of the sugar content in kids' drinks and snacks, engage young parents in healthy eating and better lifestyle choices, and promote the Change4Life Food Scanner app. We targeted mums with kids between the ages of 4 and 11, to highlight the high amounts of sugar in many seemingly 'healthy' drinks, along with the helpful Change4Life Food Scanner app. We needed to create a mini-campaign burst of targeted social videos, ahead of the newly introduced government sugar levy in April 2018. We crafted scripts and storyboards to help real mums improvise interactions with real kids, showcasing the new app; our creative teams also directed, shot, edited and animated the x4 short social films, with a focus on immediacy and key messaging. We worked to provide quick turnaround on creative development, production support, and video and animatic post-production, working to a tight timescale to help beat the newly introduced sugar levy. We were also able to provide bonus content for rollout alongside the campaign.

Phillips

Time frame: Present

To fully explain how Philips Innovation Services can 'make new happen' for all kinds of innovators, we created a series of animated films to bring their offering to life. During the positioning work for Philips Innovation Services and the creation of the 'make new happen' strapline, we identified a number of key audiences and how best to reach them. The results showed that we needed to create a number of films to bring the Philips Innovation Services proposition and service lines to life. To help inform the scripts, we held a range of stakeholder interviews with Innovation Experts through our Eindhoven office at Philips HQ in Eindhoven. From here we began scriptwriting, developing the storyboards before our team of in-house illustrators and animators began working their magic. The sound design, music and voice over work was handled by our friends at LBS Manchester.

Stockport Council

Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council (SMBC) partnered with MMP to launch the Council's new and improved online services. From viewing your Council tax bill to reporting a faulty street light, the online offering allows residents, partners and businesses access to information and enables them to easily report issues when it's most suitable for them. We have worked with the Council to deliver strategic insight which drove a series of targeted resident messages all promoting the new service. This insight also drove the media schedule which was carefully planned to ensure that messages reached the target audiences across both online and offline media. It was important that all potential service users received the message that Stockport Council were 'Online and ready when you are'

As sole supplier to the Scottish Government for PPDAS (publishing, print, design and associated services), we focus on delivering multichannel communications for over 50 organisations and over 3,000 end-users. Superdrug is the UK's second-largest beauty and health retailer, currently operating over 800 stores across the country. We've been working with Superdrug since 2008. Our team of designers, channel specialists and account managers are based onsite alongside Superdrug's marketing team, liaising directly on strategy and tactics. We've also created the perfect blend of technology, people and process. It means we can deliver over 1 million pieces of POS a week, all store-specific. Some our key projects include launching their first loyalty card programme, building it as an app a few years later and providing creative and digital delivery for their concept stores.
