We’re thrilled to be kicking off the month with a new launch for the lovely team at INVOLVE, the national advisory group that supports greater public involvement in NHS, public health and social care research.

We were delighted to be asked to develop an online map of the UK that will provide a graphic interface for a directory of networks, groups and organisations that support public involvement in health research. The invoDirect resource will enable website users to search and locate relevant organisations based on regional and local geographic information.

The INK team have delivered a solution which ticks all the boxes and provides a fantastic resource that can expand over time. Features include a clickable map of the UK, search and filter functions, a user registration and approval system and an admin area where staff members can edit information and registration pages. The new functionality seamlessly integrates into the existing website, utilising some of the really great existing functionality.

We’ve loved working with the team at INVOLVE and we’re all expecting the project to prove to be a really invaluable resource, enabling health research organisations to reach out to a much wider audience than they’re typically able to.
