Tug Agency has used the following skills/services in the project.
Mind Charity were looking for a way to improve the public understanding of what Mind does and to breakdown the stigma which still exists around mental health issues in England and Wales. They wanted to build awareness, provide information, generate donations, increase traffic to their website and improve website conversions including event registrations, shop transactions and online donations.
We continually tested and refined both paid and grant campaigns towards optimum performance, developing the strategy and digital marketing plans for Mind’s other campaigns that run around specific calendar events. We collectively generated a huge amount of awareness through a combination of YouTube, Facebook and Display and created a new source of fundraising for the charity.
Due to consistently strong performance, we were awarded the full $40k on the Google Grant, allowing us to increase free traffic by 474% YoY. We generated over 150,000,000 monthly impressions from a mix of display activity to Mind Campaigns and overall Conversions increased YoY by over 300%.
