Born into a global odyssey spanning in 6 different countries, Rocio has spent 14 transformative years abroad (4 of them in Cheltenham, England), igniting her multicultural mindset that continues to steer her career. Based in Spain, she is the first employee to live outside of the UK.

She used to be one of our clients and couldn’t be prouder to have her in the team. She has been working in the IT consulting industry for 10+ years, leading an international marketing and sales team. She bridges the realms of computing engineering and the vibrant landscape of marketing and design. With a solid foundation in computer engineering, digital marketing, and marketing and sales management, she brings a unique blend of technical acumen to help plan and develop solutions for our clients.

She has taken the helm as our Agency Director where she aids clients in their brand journey, continuously striving to uncover fresh methods for process improvement and fortifying our sales pipeline. As a mother of three, being creative and adaptive is not just her job but her way of life, and her profound love for learning and researching ensures she is always pursuing the optimal outcome in every situation.
