StrategiQ appoints new Chief Operating Officer

Former Managing Director of Sixteenth Influencer Talent Agency, and international best-selling author, Chantell Glenville, joins integrated marketing agency StrategiQ as Chief Operating Officer (COO). The appointment is integral to a wider growth strategy that sees the agency tackle a tough economic climate aggressively and proactively. 

 

StrategiQ, who has continued to invest in developing its team and recruiting key industry players, has pledged to demonstrate untold value and exceptional performance-focused marketing to help its clients navigate economic uncertainty.

 

Chantell, who released her book “What Clients Really Want and the S**t that Drives Them Crazy” in May 2016, champions exceptional client service as the key to agency success, and has applied this in her former appointment. In her time there she worked with Nike, Vice, ASOS, Spotify and the BBC to pair talented creators with brands across Beauty, Activism, Education, Fitness and Parenting.

 

Her appointment is a culmination of an impressive professional journey, having worked at some of the world’s best creative communication agencies, including AMV, BBDO, VCCP and Dare. Chantell also worked client-side with Vodafone in 2014.

 

Chantell’s role at StrategiQ will be to work closely with founder and CEO Andy Smith leading the day-to-day management and growth of the agency, taking a client-first approach and creating indispensable client and agency partnerships. 

 

Chantell led a fireside session at StrategiQ’s September strategy conference, where she imparted her thoughts and experiences from decades on the front line in client services.

 

Chantell joins a leadership team who were finalists at the Drum Agency Awards as leadership team of the year. Her appointment comes during a period of exceptional growth at the agency.

The agency has also opened an additional office in London and acquired Untapped Digital in a bid to continue to strengthen its digital marketing offering and growth into the City, with additional offices in Ipswich and the Midlands.
