Founded in 2013, online flower retailer Bloom and Wild set out their stall - to make buying flowers an easier and more joyful experience. As well as offering traditional bouquets, they invented 'letterbox flowers' - flowers picked and packed to order (so they stay fresher) into boxes that fit through any-size letterbox. Bloom and Wild deliver 'delightfully different flowers', with expert flower-arranging tips inside every box. In 2015 Bloom and Wild was still a small start-up, trying to gain market share in the highly competitive UK flower delivery market. They came to us for help on paid search to acquire new customers at a lower cost and to hit their five-year business plan to grow market share from 9% to 16%. Over the past four years working with Bloom and Wild, we have become a trusted strategic partner, helping promote their disruptive positioning and growing their market share of the online flower market.
