RocketMill has won the Gatwick Diamond Business Awards for Employer of the Year and Digital Marketing Business of the Year for the third year in a row, becoming the first ever business to win a category on three consecutive years.

The winners of the Awards were announced in front of an audience of more than 600 of the top business people in the Diamond. Hosted by Sanjeev Bhaskar and held at the iconic Effingham Park Hotel, the Awards Dinner was the culmination of hundreds of hours of hard work by the sponsors, judges, organisers and the entrants themselves.

Stuart Furneaux from Search Consultancy presented the Employer of the Year Award and commented, ‘RocketMill were clearly able to demonstrate that they place trust in their staff by engaging them in the business at every opportunity. Paul Grosvenor, Managing Director of Optima Systems Ltd presented the Digital Marketing Business of the Year Award and commented, “We were impressed by a fine submission document which immediately informed us that these people knew how to market. Their business shows a passion for their chosen trade and very clearly indicated the ability to support their customers. Responsiveness to client requests were clearly demonstrated together with an impressive set of tools which allowed them to respond to market forces. Overall the judges felt that they offered a professional, quality product that was well considered and superbly delivered. Although not forming part of the judges marking schema, the welcome from them was second to none’.
