Sophie trained as a journalist, before falling into SEO-PR at Propellernet over 10 years ago. She tried her hand at being a creative and then found her home in planning. She now splits her time between the agency and new venture, Search Listening. She has many moments to be proud of from her time at the agency, with her top two being speaking on the main stage at Brighton SEO (her first-ever public speaking gig) and being able to turn her insight methodologies into a standalone business helping others to get to grips with Search Listening. Her fascination with people ("maybe I'm just nosey?!") means she loves getting to grips with audiences; being able to tell clients things they didn’t know about the people visiting their site or engaging with their brand, and coming up with strategies and campaigns to target specific groups of people really floats her boat.
