I liked working with the team, communication was prompt. The pro-activity of the team was refreshing, they were always looking at ways to drive our performance. The suite of online tracking and reporting tools gives our business a great level of visibility to understand how things are performing.
We didn't receive some of the results in one campaign we ran, but this is no way a reflection of the agency. This is a risk that comes with the channel, sometimes campaigns get big pick-up, other times not. Propellernet were always proactive in finding solutions to problems and delivering best possible results.
