Royal Caribbean Brochure 2019-2020 design to drive cruise holidays sales in the EMEA region.
Brief.
Royal Caribbean is the world's largest cruise line with 24 ships operating around the world. The brand is a top 3 player in the European, Middle Eastern and African (EMEA) markets. The printed brochure, utilised by their 15 international representatives, is a primary sales tool in the drive to meet ambitious sales targets. Commissioned by the UK-based head office, the brochure is produced in local language to tight budgets and time scales and its importance in the sales process cannot be overstated.
Solution.
We take an insight-driven strategy, looking at usage, navigation and information architecture, to build out the most effective comms piece. Positive’s specialist team localises and refines the global brand design to meet the requirements of the EMEA markets and takes the brochure from strategy to final production.

Over the last three years, our process has shaved 20% off the time and budget, with no reduction in quality or effectiveness. In 2017, a 17 week project was reduced by 4 weeks due to external circumstances but the deadline was still met.
