Brief
To develop a unique brand language for the Aviva business proposition covering Insurance, Pensions, and Healthcare. To redesign the Aviva Business solutions overview page in order to reduce page bounce rate and increase visitor numbers to converting pages, using only existing content.
Solution
We applied user centred thinking and UX expertise to a design process that stripped everything back to basics, and rebuilt the design on best practice principles.
We designed a web page that used full screen imagery partnered with clear brand messaging, answering the key questions of “Why Aviva?”.
The page then presented the user with the three main product categories in a simple and easy to understand format, supplemented with a tiled matrix of information, advice, sub-products, and news.
Results
In the first week after implementing updates including a new navigation and UX recommendations we made there was a marked improvement in traffic flow on the site through to ‘quote’ for their auto enrolment pension for businesses site.
