Ellie joins us after six years at youth insights agency Ruby Pseudo working across the UK, US, Europe and Asia to unpick consumer behaviour, blending cultural insight and qualitative research to run global, multi-market ethnographies, workshops, immersions and panels. She delivered research and strategy for brands including ASOS.com (profiling their target consumer across Germany, France and the US), Calvin Klein (understanding what provocative looks like for Gen Y globally), Nike (how to win in Russia; targeting the future athlete), adidas (global future of streetwear), Instagram and Tinder.

Most recently, she spent two years at behavioural insight agency Canvas8, working across tech and luxury to deliver cultural insight reports using mixed-method approaches.
