It maybe a cliche - but they are very much an extension of our internal marketing team. There is a real benefit of having a group of experts to call upon with a good variety of clients and strong partnerships with the different channels/platforms. It would be impossible for us to keep ahead of all the developments - they do that for us and work with us to make sure we are getting the most from all of our campaigns. It feels like they are making recommendations as if it was their own money. No shortcuts or easy ways - always happy to discuss/explain anything without feeling rushed.
