David Salisbury Joinery, luxury designer and manufacturer of orangeries, enlisted us to help improve lead quality and make its paid media more ambitious. Our challenge was to target affluent individuals, focusing on home value and securing design consultation bookings. We set about rebuilding the account and reimagining the strategy to help David Salisbury achieve its digital marketing goals.
From the get-go, we rebuilt Google Ads campaigns to best practice, harnessing machine learning and Performance Max. We also wanted to leverage value-based bidding to drive those design consultations, so we collaborated closely with the client to assign meaningful values to specific conversions to generate the best possible results. As David Salisbury has beautiful photography and video assets, we optimised Instagram ads and expanded onto Pinterest, making use of the Incentive Programme to get value for money.
The campaign has been a resounding success. As well as hitting (and exceeding!) important targets, David Salisbury enjoyed its highest quarterly sales in company history in Q4 2022, testament to the quality of leads. Not only that, but the campaign has also helped support efficiency in the client Sales and Design team, by only nurturing leads valuable to the business. Great results, brilliant business outcomes, all for 3% less spend than the previous year.
