Heather Horton won the 'Young Business Owner of the Year' award at the Wonderful Worcestershire Awards in 2018 as well as being nominated for 'Young Business Person of the Year' and 'Entrepreneur of the Year' categories.

In 2019, Ecrubox won 'Best High Growth Business' and 'Business of the Year' in the Enterprising Worcestershire Awards.

Ecrubox was shortlisted for the 'Best Talent Development Initiative' in the Drum Awards 2022 and a finalist at the UK Company Culture Awards 2023 in the 'Best Employee Development Programme' category for our internal programme called 'Ecrucademy' where the team come together on a weekly basis and take a deep dive into the wonderful world of digital. 

Ecrubox has recently won the 'Most Ambitious Brand Growth & Marketing Agency (West Midlands)' in the UK Enterprise Awards 2023.

Heather Horton was shortlised for the Great British Entrepreneur Awards as 'Investor of the Year' in November 2023 and was newly crowned 'Service Industry Entrepreneur of the Year (West Midlands) Award.

Ecrubox are currently shortlisted for the 'Software Innovation of the Year' award in the UK Digital Excellence Awards for 2024 for for eBob, our in-house onboarding software.
