Look Again is an onliine fashion retailer seling clothing, footwear and homeware. The brand wanted to invest in their social presence with the aim of broadening the brand's reach and keeping up with competitors.
It was important to understand the Look Again audience, appreciating their attitude towards fashion and what they look for in a retailers social offering. Keeping the audience front of mind the most authentic approach to broadening the brands reach was via influencer marketing - so we approached a number of fashion, home and lifestyle influencers. To begin building a relationsip with our influencers, we offered free gift products in return for features on their personal pages, growing Look Again's reach. The influencer imagery could then be used for Look Again's ow marketing, inspiring their customer on 'ways to wear'.
The execution of the influencer outreach was a great success, as carefully pinpointed targeting led to a great uptake. This approach is one the brand are planning to use to support all collections in the foreseeable future. What's more Look Again's social feed now has a clearer direction and is more appealing to a new younger audience.
