The Client
Digital technology company, Livi provides access to high-quality health care – at the patient’s own convenience – via a smartphone or tablet for consultations or prescriptions. They are the first ever digital provider to be rated Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission, meaning patients can be assured they are receiving the highest standard of care from their Livi GP.
Working in partnership with the NHS, the company is owned by Kry International, a Swedish online healthcare company and the largest digital primary care provider in Europe.
The Challenge
A relative newcomer to the UK, Livi needed to build their online platform with symptom and treatment content to support the needs of patients looking for support with medical concerns online.
The client had reached copywriting capacity within their in-house team and needed a trusted and experienced partner to deliver clinical-level content in the most cost-effective, accurate and time-efficient way.
The Solution
Working closely with the Content Manager, AMBITIOUS put a dedicated content copywriting team in place. This included highly experienced medical and healthcare copywriters and an ‘Editor in Charge’ who was tasked with quality control across the copywriting team including tone of voice and brand style.
To ensure the brief was delivered on time and to budget, we set up an effective project management process for the client – collating pages into batches of symptoms to avoid duplication, using SemRush as our keyword search tool of choice and producing a flow of quality copy that was easy for the in-house team to approve and upload at pace.
The Results
Over 120 symptom pages have been delivered to date, many ahead of schedule. The client has been impressed with both the efficiency and quality of the AMBITIOUS team and extended the project beyond the initial brief.
