With a background in software and engineering, Dennis has masterminded the majority of the theories and principles which underpin our intellectual property and proprietary software. He is meticulous in his attention to all aspects of the business and despite huge growth and success continues to be very hands on, involved and accessible. He takes enormous pride and satisfaction in celebrating and rewarding individuals development and success.

After studying engineering at Sheffield University, he worked for large American companies marketing enterprise software solutions to global organisations before he decided to unleash his entrepreneurial spirit and branch out on his own.
