AND Digital – a digital consultancy company – held a ‘town hall’ meeting in Manchester to celebrate the 1,300 ANDis (their staff). Torpedo created a series of ads to build excitement for those arriving at the event. Our goal was to make them feel like working at AND Digital was a big deal.

Our six brightly coloured digital billboards (with clear messaging targeting not only ANDis, but also prospective employees and future clients), were then positioned strategically around the city, in transportation hubs and main roads near the event.

To reach pedestrians, we also created attention-grabbing ‘reverse graffiti’ by power-washing messages through stencils into pavements in over 30 locations, so they’d see branded welcome messages on their way to the venue.

The combination of ads made a big impact. We received great feedback from the client and their staff, who experienced first-hand the city-wide efforts to make them feel special.
