Felicity is the client’s main point of contact for a production and it’s her responsibility to ensure that the finished product exceeds the original brief and comes in on time and on budget and puts a smile on her client’s face. Felicity began her professional life at ad agency Young & Rubicam where she worked as an account  director for clients including British Gas & Heinz. She co-founded Toast in 2002.
