Richard co-founded TMW Unlimited in 1987 fulfilling a variety of roles from client services to business development.  As TMW Group CEO, he is responsible for developing the agency’s range of services ensuring that our capabilities meet the ever-evolving needs of clients, as well as expanding the agency’s international capabilities.
