Tarek Nseir is founder and CEO of TH_NK, a highly successful strategic digital agency that helps global clients including Warner Bros, Britvic, Nando’s, Toyota, Audi and ASOS set and realise their digital ambitions. TH_NK is also the agency that partnered directly with J.K Rowling to produce Pottermore – widely referred to as “Publishing’s Radiohead moment”.

Tarek founded TH_NK in 2004 whilst at University. In 2008, TH_NK opened an office in central London following their continuous success in the digital sector and in 2013 placed its first team members in Australia. Today, TH_NK is enjoying its position as one of the leading digital independents in the UK.

Last year TH_NK took home 12 awards including the Grand Prix at the DADI’s for its work on Channel 4’s first multiplatform drama commission – Utopia. The agency is proud to have been voted most respected agency in the Drum’s Top 100 two years consecutively.

Tarek is a board member at BIMA having played a key role in defining its renewed role in the industry. He is an investor/advisor to a small number of digital start-ups including Future Ad Labs which has been one of the most awarded start-ups of 2014.

Tarek is a regular judge for the industries award circuit including the DADIs and the DMA. Commentator in mainstream media on a range of topics, appearing live on BBC and Bloomberg several times this year. Most recently he was interviewed alongside Sir Martin Sorrell and Sir Stuart Rose on BBC Radio 4 in “The Leadership Gap” series.
