Jennifer brings with her almost 20 years of experience building Online Communities and supporting brands with their Social Media presence. Equally adept at working with both start-ups and globally recognisable brands, she is truly passionate about working with at-risk and specialised communities such as charities and Family-friendly online entertainment. 

Throughout her career, Jennifer has worked with international organisations as well as US-based companies (where she’s from); including clients such as Keurig, NSPCC, Just Eat, Disney, and more. She has built international and localised support departments; her work as a trainer, mentor, and people manager has helped her build large-scale communities and healthy, diverse, empowered teams which she believes to be the backbone to any successful company. 

In her spare time, she enjoys dancing (Zumba is her current favourite), working on her gluten-free baking, and spending time with her husband and cat family.
