Strand PR has used the following skills/services in the project.
To raise awareness of the mental health charity and to increase the number of enquiries.
What we did
We were initially brought in to support The Creative Mental Health Charity with its organic social posts in November 2021. The first step was to talk to Paul and Sammie, understand their key messages and discuss the style they were looking for.
We carried out an audit of PoetsIN’s existing platforms to gain a thorough understanding of what was working for them and, just as importantly, what wasn’t. We did a full breakdown of their key demographics and analysed three months of hashtag use before we even started to create new posts.
When Paul and Sammie saw the results from their organic posts, they asked Strand to look after their PPC marketing as well, using the money they received through the Google Ads Grant that gives $10,000 dollars a month to eligible non-profits.
Strand has also supported Paul and Sammie with PR and helped connect the charity with businesses and individuals who have employed their services, as well as supporting fundraising efforts.
The social media results
In just six months following commission, the charity’s organic social media numbers had soared:

+1000% LinkedIn reactions up
+247% Instagram followers up
The Google Ads results
And the scores on the doors for their Google Ads campaigns were equally impressive:
