The Challenge
The ‘Strike’ campaign was Juniper’s first globally integrated marketing initiative. The challenge was to attract prospects, then educate them with relevant content, generating and nurturing leads from first-click to sale.
The Solution
Stein IAS used market research and workshops with key sales and marketing personnel to develop sequences of messages aligned to the buyer journeys of different audience segments. Content was then mapped to these journeys to give people information in the right order to optimize the buying process. We produced cutting-edge content on the hot topics of virtualization, security, and network automation. This was promoted via a multichannel campaign and prospects were then nurtured with automated emails and retargeting. This was achieved by integrating a dynamic online DigiHub which recognized users and offered them content based on previous behavior.
