After winning a Fringe First at the Edinburgh Festival, Neil turned his back on a glittering stage career and started in advertising, working on some of Unilever and Nestle’s biggest brands.  Moving to BBH he worked on the multi-award winning campaigns for Lynx and Häagen-Dazs and made one of the UK’s top 10 favourite commercials for Boddingtons.  Neil joined St Luke’s in 1996 becoming MD in 2002 and an FT Face to Watch the same year.  Neil later became CEO and led a management buyout of the agency in 2010. Under his management, the agency became the fastest growing agency in the top 30.  Neil is an elected member of the IPA Council.
