We work with RCH to deliver a personalised Experience Optimisation Digital Strategy that encompasses every aspect of their business from design and build and CRO improvement projects through to more traditional digital marketing activities such as SEO and PPC.

Contiki commissioned Sagittarius to create a best-in-class travel website that increases leads and drives online conversion as their current website was not a website or a platform that would serve them long term. Contiki's millennial audience are digital natives, and their e-commerce behaviour is driven by simplicity, accessibility and personalisation. Their path to purchase is unconventional, fluctuating between inspirational and practical as they plan travel over a long period of time. The new website needed to provide a lasting solution that would address these behaviours.

Trafalgar pride themselves in offering some of the finest guided holidays in destinations all over the world. Alongside a brand refresh, they wanted to kick off a redesign project of their website to position themselves in their rightful place as one of the travel industry's market leaders. Trafalgar's core offering is all built around the unique experiences such as dinner in the Vatican to specialist vineyards in New Zealand. Sagittarius created a new website look and feel, user experience and content strategy, delivering 'experience from the first click', supported with real time reviews and social posts and tweets across their full global trip offering.

Established in 1947, Jacksons Fencing is a leading manufacturer of metal and wooden garden fencing, gates and accessories; offering more than 1,300 products through their website and outlets. Sagittarius have worked with Jacksons for over 14 years during which we have collaborated to ensure the primary ecommerce site (www.jacksons- fencing.co.uk) is a dominant 'page one' force in the fencing and garden products sector.

Karndean

Karndean are a leading manufacturer of luxury vinyl flooring with operations extending across the globe to North America, Australasia and Europe, with the business employing over 350 people. Sagittarius have been working with Karndean on a Sitecore familiarisation program, offering consultancy from personalisation implementation through to a conversion rate optimisation strategy.

Brakes Catering Equipment

Sagittarius were awarded the project of replacing the existing website with one which has a contemporary design, simple user journeys, strong search presence and ultimately achieve higher revenues. Brakes Catering Equipment wanted to ensure that existing customers and potential customers understand the complete Brakes offering across food and equipment. The website needed to be positioned as the first port-of-call for catering equipment customers when buying online. As an ecommerce project this website also had a number of revenue based objectives such as to increase conversion and traffic targets. Importantly, the new website had to complement all of the other marketing activities across Brakes Catering Equipment and the Brakes brand as a whole.

The Pulmonary Vascular Research Institute (PVRI) is a charity that brings the best medical professionals in the world together in order to carry out research on pulmonary vascular disease (PVD) which can be more commonly described as high blood pressure in the lungs. (PVRI) has appointed Sagittarius, to develop a new digital learning initiative to further facilitate the education of a commonly undiagnosed illness in the form of an E-learning app.

The Race of Champions is a knockout tournament in which the world's greatest racing drivers battle to prove they're the fastest 'Champion of Champions'. After a seven way pan-European pitch, Sagittarius were appointed to deliver a new website to promote the event. Since 2011, we have continually delivered industry leading digital solutions to the event providing an their website, mobile application and "minute-by-minute" scheduling application.

KIMS Hospital

n December 2014 a new senior management team was appointed to give renewed impetus to KIMS Hospital - a ?105 million private hospital that opened in April 2014. The brief for the new digital platform was clear, align the user experience, calls to action and creative with the business's objectives, the culture and the 'excellence' message of the new hospital. For us, the mission was clear - we needed to create a sector leading website that not only made it incredibly simple for potential patients to find the right service or treatment for them but also promoted the 'halo' treatments - the ones that our client can deliver better than anyone else in the UK and the ones that the business had identified as being of key importance.

Spencer Private Hospitals are based within two hospitals situated in South East Kent, owned and operated by East Kent Medical Services. The larger of the two units is a 22 bed independent hospital situated in Margate, which has been open since October 1998. The second hospital comprises of a consulting suite in Ashford, which opened in March 2016.

Cystic Fibrosis Trust works towards a brighter future for everyone with cystic fibrosis by funding cutting-edge research, driving up standards of care and supporting people with the condition and their loved ones. Already on the Sitecore development platform, Cystic Fibrosis Trust engaged with Sagittarius to develop a personalisation strategy for their digital audiences.

French pharma health and dermo-cosmetics giant Pierre Fabre appointed Sagittarius to the digital campaign brief for the Eau Thermale Av?ne skincare brand. Campaign initiatives include creating and implementing the digital marketing strategy for the skincare brand across the UK and Ireland to drive awareness and sales through high street retailers, such as Boots.

European Study Tours

We have worked with European Study Tours for a number of years on both SEO and Paid Advertising with the aim of improving their visibility, increasing traffic and ultimately, creating more conversions. Most recently we have worked to continue to increase website traffic by capturing people earlier on in the buying process. As with most high value purchases, there is an extensive research stage before most buyers will commit and we wanted to make sure that EST stood out even at these early stages.

Toyota Oekaki

Toyota Home Sewing engaged with Sagittarius to provide a digital solution to help them promote, share and engage a brand new product to the UK audience. Toyota Home Sewing was keen to raise the brand profile in the UK of the Oekaki Renisaance Sewing machine in advance of a nationwide product launch in Summer 2014. Toyota Home Sewing wanted to create an independent microsite for the new Oekaki Renaissance machine and ensure that existing Toyota Home Sewing customers and potential new Renaissance customers understood the complete offering across the Toyota Home Sewing brand. The website needed to be positioned as the first port-of-call for prospects when buying a Renaissance machine online. As an ecommerce project this website also had a number of revenue based objectives such as brand awareness, product sales and traffic targets. Importantly, the new website had to complement all of the other marketing activities across the Toyota Home Sewing brand.

TUI

Sagittarius were briefed to develop four individual websites under the TUI brand, all of which are in the Specialist and Activity Sector. We were tasked with rationalising a complicated product matrix. For each of the four we were required to create an online customer journey to improve sales/leads whilst develop a scalable architecture to accommodate the wide range of products and destinations. Gullivers Sports Travel is the UK's leading and longest established sports tour operator, specialising in rugby supporters tours, cricket supporters tours, tailor-made travel for major sporting events worldwide and sports playing tours and festivals for schools, clubs and universities. Masterclass Sports Tours offers bespoke tournament and coaching tours specially designed to give schools and clubs a mix of training, fixtures and a tournament alongside activities and excursions abroad. Source market is the UK. Edwin Doran is the market leader in sending overseas rugby, cricket, hockey, netball, lacrosse, football and golf tours. Their marketing emphasis is primarily on the school sector both independent and state. Source market is the UK. Team Link specialises in tailor-made sports tours for all major team sports (rugby, football, hockey, netball and cricket), at all levels from junior and youth teams through universities, senior sides and all military sporting outfits.

Eurotunnel

The aim of the project was to refresh the customer experience so that it was much easier to identify travel costs and availability and thus improve online sales. Starting with a research process that helped to identify customers' frustrations with the existing and similar sites (ferries/airlines), Sagittarius considered the feedback and developed a customer journey that was as simple as possible to navigate - users can now readily identify the 'product' and then buy it online. Working with the IT team in France we had to turn this 'User Experience' in to something that dovetailed with their legacy booking system so that it was logical and workable. Once we had resolved the backend integration we designed and programmed a user interface that went through a usability testing process and ultimately ended up with the solution you see today.

Liberon were seeking to modernise their web presence whilst ensuring the design reflected their premium status as a homecare brand. Sitecore's personalisation functionality also featured highly in this latest development with dynamic content, page structure management and social channel engagement being pivotal to the ongoing success of the website. Common website objectives such as Liberon brand awareness and great user experience were important to the project but paramount was to create a one-to-one relationship with consumers and build a community of woodcare enthusiasts for the brand in the UK.
