The Challenge: Create a digital presence to sell yachts starting from 10 million euros up to 1.5 billion euros. The Solution: For over a decade we have provided a 360° digital approach for Fraser, combining digital & SEO strategy, website development, content creation, and intelligent UHNWI 'media targeting which combines affluent postcode, interest and persona layering as well as funnel sequencing. We have also brokered successful partnerships for Fraser, for instance with one of our other clients, NetJets.

Oyster

Time frame: Past

The Challenge: Engage the international sailing community and generate sales leads. The Solution: We developed their social media strategy producing innovative digital content such as a gripping live stream from the River Thames, amplified their presence with always-on and tactical advertising campaigns, and implemented SEO changes to improve their organic rankings. We also made numerous site improvements to key pages which increased the number of conversions on their model pages, and helped them improve the connection between their site analytics and CRM systems.

Worth Avenue Yachts

Time frame: Past

The Challenge: To capture market share in the competitive Florida and US yachting market from large international brokerages, across digital channels prioritising organic search. The Solution: We developed a multi-channel strategy to attract and convert high net-worth individuals on search queries focused on local broker and branded keywords of select yacht builders. We executed content creation, digital PR, and website UX enhancements to improve positioning in organic search whilst running digital advertising campaigns to funnel traffic towards pages optimised for conversion.

YPI Crew

The Challenge: To increase visibility online and position the brand as an authority in yachting and yacht crew recruitment. To become the go-to yacht crew agency for crew searching for yacht jobs and captains searching for yacht crew, with a website that is both useful and informative. The Solution: Our team at Relevance developed multi-channel strategies that evolve with the changing online landscape and business needs. Over the last 6+ years, our areas of support have included, SEO, paid and organic social media, content creation, PR, and website UX.

MEAMINA

Time frame: Past

The Challenge: Sophisticated styling and a host of entertainment, both on and off the water, make MEAMINA a top choice for families seeking fun and relaxation. Our task was to encourage enquiries. The Solution: We created a fully responsive website with a bespoke content management system. Storyboarding and art direction for the wonderful photoshoot on location in the British Virgin Islands tells the story of 'a day in the life' on board this fun-filled, elegant yacht. We also designed and printed a hard backed book to complement the website.

NetJets

The Challenge: Promote Netjets in Europe to UHNWIs and C-suite business travel organisers. The Solution: We invited A-list press and journalists to experience Monaco like a billionaire would, and crafted the experience including luxury cars, jets, helicopters, superyachts, 5 star hotels, wellness and Michelin star dining experiences.

Monacair

Time frame: Past

The Challenge: Moncair aimed to become the top helicopter provider on the French Riviera by providing regular flights on top of unique experiences and premium services for private flights and helicopter tours. The Solution: Relevance formulated a complete digital strategy and media tactics encompassing SEO, newsletters, Google Ads, content, digital PR and more. We succeeded in raising Monacair's digital profile, ensuring that Monacair are front and centre of the minds of anyone looking for a luxury helicopter company on the Cote d'Azur to such an extent they were able to buy out their closest competitor.

Aurora Aviation

The Challenge: Develop, create, test and deliver a fully optimised website to generate enquiries for this commercial and private flight services provider offering private charter, VIP services, logistics, plane servicing, consultancy and back office solutions. The Solution: Relevance conducted SEO research on the many key terms and competitors of Aurora's services to develop and implement an intelligent HNWI & B2B SEO strategy. Fully optimised site design and build in Wordpress was underpinned with internal workshops at Aurora's Dubai head office.

Skycam

Time frame: Past

The Challenge: Improve Skycam's online visibility to relevant French and English speaking HNWI audiences, increase online conversions and reduce bounce rate by making the services more accessible and appealing to website homepage visitors. The Solution: Relevance first conducted SEO keyword and competitor research in French and English to create an SEO strategy and sitemap. We then created SEO optimised content pages to increase the website's findability using HNWI relevant keywords, designed and built a new homepage with improved UX, look and feel, mobile responsiveness and migration to Wordpress.

SOLJETS

The Challenge: Increase online visibility for SOLJETS among HNWI audiences, improve domain authority and page rank for relevant high opportunity keywords. The Solution: Relevance undertook SEO research to understand SOLJETS competitive landscape and key term opportunities, then amended terminology and website structure to maximise organic visibility. Opes Jet

Time frame: Present

The Challenge: To create a new brand identity and online presence for the launch of a new private aviation booking app - a new approach to luxury private aviation; a disruptive technology in the industry which puts the power in the hands of the customer. The Solution: The creation of the home page became a brand-defining project. We helped Opes Jet create a completely unique brand story and visual identity in 2 languages.

St Tropez House

Time frame: Present

The Challenge: Promote the most exclusive properties of the St Tropez House portfolio to multilingual UHNWI to increase inbound enquiries and improve conversion to sale. The Solution: We started with a high-net-worth-centric SEO strategy to drive inbound enquiries using creative blog content. We supported this with CRM integration to manage and automate the customer journey. We brought the villas to life with organic social content including drone video, 360° walkarounds, films and cut-downs. Exposure was amplified by influencers, display ads and paid social, topped off with traditional PR.

Savills

Time frame: Past

The Challenge: Bring prime real estate rentals throughout the Alps and French Riviera in front of the brand's desired target audiences to ensure supply was met with demand during peak summer months. The Solution: Relevance developed a 6 month strategy using Facebook lead acquisition and PPC using ultra-targeted funnel techniques to ensure that the right information was presented to UHNWIs at the right time. We took into account seasonality effects to provide an engaging and effective connection leading to action.

John Taylor

The Challenge: The Monaco based John Taylor team came to Relevance looking for guidance on how to grow and establish their local market on key social media platforms. Their objective was to grow their brand awareness and establish themselves as leaders in luxury real estate in Monaco. The Solution: John Taylor Monaco has established, sustained and boosted their presence across key social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. Relevance helped them achieve this through a results driven approach, using our knowledge of UHNWIs to define the content shared and topics discussed.

Winslade Park

Time frame: Past

The Challenge: Create interest and desire for a new sustainable Grade II listed development in Exeter offering designer homes, outstanding offices and high-tech leisure facilities. A luxurious ethos of community, wellbeing and sustainability. The Solution: We created a luxurious 30 page, printed, lay flat brochure with an elegant uncoated paper stock cover with bronze foil logo to tell the Winslade Park story and generate pre-launch enquiries. We wrote engaging copy and used stock imagery where there was no photography possible yet to sell the vision of the property developers.

The One

Time frame: Past

The Challenge: Raise awareness and bookings for 'villa The One', an exceptional, high-end property (part of the Rosengart luxury Real Estate family of properties) available to rent for special events and luxury holidays in the South of France. The Solution: We created a high-end book and website in keeping with the brand of Rosengart properties. The website was also used as a template for the client's other property developments fulfilling the brief with a powerful and elegant visual using large image sizes and a full overview of the property at first glance.

Artichoke

The Challenge: Raise awareness, increase traffic, followers and leads among HNW audiences who are emotionally open to 'creating future heritage' through time-honoured interior renovations starting from £250k. The Solution: To attract and retain qualified traffic we started with intelligent persona research leading into an SEO audit, website fixes and user-centric content creation. Pixels powered hyper-targeted display and social ads amplifying the message to B2B and B2C audiences. We also provided social media playbooks, tools and training for Artichoke to achieve best practice.

Tide & Vine

The Challenge: A new logo and brand identity for a luxury travel company delivering innovative, tailor-made travel experiences all over the world. Build database despite Covid-related travel bans. The Solution: We created a website visual to encourage prospects to enquire directly with the team and begin the very personal, bespoke travel-planning process. Behind the scenes we have created user-friendly and beautifully designed travel documents to provide a seamlessly branded presentation for prospects and clients. Through a user-friendly enquiry form, we are building a customer database in readiness for the full website launch.

Supercar Experiences

The Challenge: Build brand awareness and improve search rank to increase lead generation. The Solution: We built a new optimised website with higher resolution imagery and improved site speed. Our digital PR and SEO boosted search engine rank. We partnered with Top Gear and many supercar influencers including trips to Nürburgring, and underpinned the activity with paid media.

The Challenge: Create awareness among HNW audiences and generate quality leads via paid micro-advertising in order to support current online presence and grow client relationships. The Solution: We started with persona creation to identify HNW audiences, and built an advertising funnel including awareness, consideration and conversion including remarketing and sequencing techniques. We designed high quality ad creative and performed in-flight campaign optimisation to maximise ad performance and ROI.

The Challenge: Create luxury touch-points for customers to interact with this high-end fragrance. The Solution: Design and print of materials for customers to interact with in-store. Printed materials inserted in items purchased offline to drive traffic to the website and encourage future online purchase. Stationery inserted with online purchases to encourage retention.

Mario Bertulli

Time frame: Past

The Challenge: Increase revenue and conversion rate for this artisan men's elevator shoemaker. The Solution: We ran PPC and paid social media campaigns optimised for e-commerce, then amplified this by introducing influencers to wear and talk about the shoes. We produced low cost product photography (see right) and consulted for the in-house team on multilingual SEO techniques to automate meta and images, new lps, optimisation, blog implementation, UX and conversion funnel creation.

Lumity

The Challenge: Update and develop a new visual identity and messaging to focus on the scientific benefits and tangible results of this inspiring anti-aging nutritional supplement with a unique around-the-clock formula. The Solution: We undertook a complete website redesign including a photo shoot for the launch of their facial oil displays the product with the magical glow that reflects its effect on complexions of all ages. This was amplified via a digital and print ad campaign high-profile celebrities are subscribing to Lumity as an intrinsic part of their daily beauty and anti-ageing routine.

Svalbarði

Time frame: Past

The Challenge: Svalbarði was launching in Harrods, at the London and Monaco locations, and needed strong support for both PR and their e-commerce shop selling bottles of polar ice water for £100+. The Solution: Relevance redesigned Svalbarði's website, performing enhanced SEO work during the build and following its completion. We supported Svalbarði in their PR and partnerships, introducing them at HNW events at Yachting World as well as La Chèvre d'Or, the Michelin starred restaurant, and with a PR generating photoshoot on superyacht Sunseeker. Relevance was responsible for the social media and online advertising of Svalbarði too.

Chilli No. 5

Time frame: Present

The Challenge: Relevance promoted the launch of a brand new luxury chilli sauce brand, Chilli No. 5. The target audience were gourmet foodies, condiment connoisseurs and chilli sauce enthusiasts, with a focus on HNW audiences. The Solution: Our strategy involved branding and visual identity, full funnel advertising on both Google and social media as well as using content marketing, organic social media, influencer marketing, PR, digital PR and CRM. Driving audiences from awareness and consideration through to conversion.

209 Mare

Time frame: Past

The Challenge: Bring 209 Mare to market. Develop the website and digital marketing to add event planning and PR for start-up disruptor Men's Swimwear Brand 209 Mare. The Solution: We performed enhanced SEO work during and after the website build. We also supported 209 Mare in their PR and events, introducing them at HNW events at Yachting World with a PR generating photoshoot on superyacht Sunseeker as well as arranging a fashion show at Club Vivanovas Charity Gala and a PR campaign to introduce their presence at Miami show. Relevance was responsible for the social media and online advertising, too.

Philippa Herbert

Time frame: Past

The Challenge: Create an e-commerce presence for this boutique jewellery brand to sell their bespoke signature pieces including hand-casted family heirlooms as well as personalised jewellery. The Solution: We designed and built an e-commerce website powered by Wordpress and Woocommerce, and developed SEO strategy to successfully migrate the legacy web pages to the new online shop. We also provide ongoing design and marketing consultancy services.

YouGov

Time frame: Present

The Challenge: Create engagement around YouGov's brand Index which measures consumer reaction to marketing in the UK on a monthly chart. The Solution: We created a TOP TEN video featuring the metrics details and scores in a colourful and engaging upbeat video, hosted on YouTube and sent out to YouGov's marketing channels.
