Paradigm hosts Halloween drive in

1st November 2014

On Saturday 1st November, Paradigm hosted a Halloween themed screening of Shaun of the Dead to over 150 guests in aid of Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice.

Guests came along dressed in Halloween attire with some even going to the lengths of decorating their cars to view the 100ft screening before joining us in Bates Mill afterwards for drinks.

Not only did the event raised over £1000 for the hospice, we also premiered their latest fundraising video, which was developed by ourselves to tie in with Forget Me Not’s upcoming marketing and fundraising campaign.

We worked with the client to develop the creative treatment themed around cine and projection to tie in with the theme of a drive in event. The fundraising film was filmed and edited on location at our studios and focused on individuals to develop their own line of script personal to them.

Owen Brown of Paradigm commented: “The drive in is something we have wanted to do for a long time and it’s a pleasure to see a packed car park! However, we didn’t want to just put the event on for the sake of it so by teaming up with Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice not only did we host an amazing event but we worked together to develop them a video piece that they can use for years to come.”

Emma Kovaleski, Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice Head of Corporate Fundraising “The drive in was absolutely phenomenal. Not only did Paradigm put on a truly spectacular event that was enjoyed by all but they also gave us the opportunity to create a fundraising film that showcases the inspirational people that go that extra mile for us, it will be a key piece that we can use across multiple channels to assist with raising the £3.2m we need every year to run the hospice.”

We wish to thank our corporate partners Simply Better Events, Lumen Arts, Bradleys Restaurant, Food Festivals Ltd, Pretty Machine Aesthetics, The WonderWorks, John Steel Photography and of course Bates Mill for supporting us in putting on such a spectacular evening.
