James is the Interim UK Managing Director of MSLGROUP’s Employee Communications and Engagement Practice.

James held HR posts at Sapient and Google before moving to a Client Partner role with employee communications consultancy, Work Group. His clients included PwC, PA Consulting, J.P.Morgan and HSBC. 

James joins MSLGROUP from the Executive Team at Network Rail Property, where he was responsible for people strategy during a period of rapid business transformation.
