Debbie moved into the agency world from Boots and quickly became Managing Director of WPP's integrated agency, PCG. There she launched the original Sainsbury's Reward scheme and Thresher's Wine Club, as well as running IBM across Europe.

After setting up Meteorite 12 years ago, Debbie helped boost the growth of Homebase and Costa's businesses, notably by developing the Homebase Spend & Save strategy and the Costa Coffee Club.

Debbie’s client experience stretches from retail and leisure to financial services and the non-profit sector. She believes the best agency relationships are built on trust and a shared passion for delivering great work.
