The Challenge
In February 2016, Wragge Lawrence Graham & Co merged with Gowling to form Gowling WLG. Since its combination, the new international law firm has seen significant change in organisation, people and process.
Online recruitment activities had been handled differently in various regions and the aim of this project was to deliver a new standard that, if successful, would be rolled out to all the firm’s main regions worldwide.
What We Did
As the first step in aligning the law firm’s recruitment on a global scale, we launched a new careers website covering both graduate and professional employment in the UK.
With a short non-movable deadline, our agile process meant we could effectively prioritise work and be flexible to requirements, leading to a successful release that hit the deadline.
Gowling WLG wanted to really stand out amongst its competition and so we went against the traditional approach to careers sites within the legal sector.
We implemented a striking new design and smooth user experience to position Gowling WLG as an authentic, bold and creative law firm, as well as a recognised and respected employer of choice.
