The Technology for Marketing conference 2016

5th October 2016

Last week we spent two days exhibiting alongside Kentico and some of their other agency partners at the Technology for Marketing Conference (TFM) in London. Held at the Olympia, TFM is where marketers gather to discover all the latest technology and trends in the industry. Over the two days we met with delegates and were able to talk through and demonstrate how Kentico can help brands to create successful websites, online stores, community sites and intranets. Each partner was also given the chance to deliver a presentation to delve further into a particular topic or to showcase a Kentico project.

It was another successful event for Kentico and partners and this year, there was beer!

Having recently launched the new ecommerce website for Wiltshire Farm Foods, our CEO, Ben Rudman delivered a presentation on how to successfully re-launch an ecommerce website whilst radically changing the user experience. It was a great chance to show how we used Kentico to create a stable solution that will scale effectively in line with the client’s business goals, whilst delivering an outstanding user experience.

There was an added bonus to attending this year as Kentico held a happy hour each day and served Czech beer! As you can imagine, this created quite a stir amongst the delegates and significantly increased the size of the crowd around the stand!

Away from the Kentico stand, there were some interesting topics discussed in the theatres over the two days. These included a presentation on advancements in marketing automation, to the extent that artificial intelligence may one day be able to complete the majority of marketing roles! Also on the agenda were talks on data-driven marketing, analytics and even a live experiment in Neuromarketing.

Overall we had a brilliant two days with Kentico and the other partners and we are looking forward to next year!
