B2B Digital Marketing - It's Still About the Customer Experience

Our Head of New Business and Marketing, Robert Yardy was asked by Digital Marketing Magazine to give his opinion on digital marketing in the B2B sector. As the B2B digital arena catches up with B2C, where it has previously lagged behind, he explains his thoughts on how focussing on the customer experience is the key to success.

Looking at key areas, such as user personas, content personalisation and marketing automation, he explains how these elements can be utilised to maximise opportunities with customers. He also talks about how valuable a user friendly CMS is for B2B companies to be able to easily update content and how they can also be a way to make use of features like lead scoring, allowing you to identify your most valuable customers.
