Wireless Logic are European leaders in machine to machine connectivity (M2M), also known as the internet of things. You’ve heard of smart metering and vehicle tracking. Now think about vending machines, fridges, laptops, pets, tractors, livestock – as they say themselves – the applications are endless.

Discussions with the management team resulted in a clear rebranding strategy. Although strictly a B2B brand, Wireless Logic needed the creative clout and confidence of the big consumer players like BT, Vodafone and EE. Since the rebrand the business was sold for 6 times its value of only 3 years before.

The task

Once owned by TV Dragon Peter Jones, the business is now back in the hands of its founders. In this fast growing sector they saw the opportunity to build their brand and business.

They briefed Milestone to refresh the identity, website and produce a full range of marketing materials, signage and interior graphics.

Our approach

You might see a subtle WL in the new logo, perhaps a signal strength or bar chart. The vivid colour spectrum represents Wireless Logic’s unique advantage – the fact that they work with over 16 mobile network operators.

We’ve also created an ownable icon set based around a SIM card. With the branding agreed we planned and built a new responsive website as a hub for lead generation using social media and SEO.

The outcomes
