Think Small

2nd September 2014

Many B2B brands are turning their attention to the world of small businesses. SMEs (small and medium sized businesses) have always been a tough nut to crack. But with economic confidence on the rise, they’re now seen as the real future for business growth across many sectors.

There are 4.8 million SMEs employing 14.1 million people in the UK. SME is a broad title encompassing organisations with up to 250 employees. Compared to many corporates they might be small but if you’re the boss of a 250 strong team you wouldn’t want to see yourself lumped in with one man bands.

Lex Autolease is a client who’s recently decided to focus on this sector. They’re specifically targeting the small end of SMEs; businesses with under 20 employees. We have been working with Lex Autolease to help them cement their position as trusted advisors in the vehicle leasing industry – a place they have held in the corporate space for over 25 years. By initially focusing on those businesses identified as ‘progressives’ i.e. those actively looking to grow by finding new methods of working – we expect the leasing idea to take hold and spread throughout the small business world.

Our national press advertising campaign launched on 1st September 2014.
