The Madison team were tasked with creating bespoke animated menu items, plus interactive animations and rollover effects. Also requested by the client were premium smooth transitions, and we managed to achieve a perfect pairing between visual prowess and functionality. Accessibility was a key factor in the build, and we delivered a basic site search alongside speech search functionality. In addition to robust, visually appealing page architecture, our team delivered bespoke illustrations and photography services for use on various web pages such as an infographics page, and a "meet the team" page. A bold branding strategy was implemented, incorporating a new logo design too.

Cybersmile UK/US Rimmel UK

Cybersmile wanted to develop a completely scalable and sustainable support solution for people affected by cyberbullying and online abuse on a global level. They envisaged a chatbot that could identify the needs of users and provide them with appropriate advice while signposting them to expert support organisations local to where they were in the world. They also told us about their ambition to have the system deploy on to partners websites and apps in the future. We came up with a system architecture that would involve an embeddable chat interface that could be installed unobtrusively on any website, starting with their own. The interface would allow users to send text or audio through to an AI platform that we would programme to understand users' requests and respond accordingly. We would also produce a user friendly content management system that would allow the Cybersmile team to curate helpful, relevant and safe content that could be returned to users once the bot had identified their needs.

C R Allen & Sons

Remapping vehicles since 2001, CR Allen use a broad range of specialist diagnostic tools from main dealer level equipment, to specialist Bosch & Delphi tools. CR Allen needed a new brand, responsive website and marketing for a new division of their long running business. This Tuning division was established to drive forward the remapping and tuning part of said long running business. CR Allen Tuning had to be an independently marketable consumer division, that looked to capture a specific sector of the target market. The new logo and brand identity aimed to reflect the specialist performance driven market CR Allen Tuning was looking to capture. This Tuning division focuses on offering an in-depth range of services and upgrades to a range of vehicle types, and it was this performance led focus which we wanted to reflect in the logo and a dynamic website. The responsive website would continue the style defined by the logo, and use big visuals, modern iconography and an intuitive Content Management System to allow users to add new content.

Nye's Building supplies

Nye's came to our web development team with a very specific set of internal system requests for the brand new website they'd hired us to build. We created a bespoke CMS to simplify the process of updating content on the website for our client, ensuring that the team received the training required to maintain and make changes to their own web content from day one. Our team also completed work on the creation & integration of a complicated Merlin system used by the client for stocktaking. Additionally, we were tasked with crafting a bespoke membership system and a set of hand-crafted reporting tools for use by Nye's admin team.

Duncan Reeds

Duncan Reeds are one of the UK's leading laminate fabricators with nearly 30 years in the industry, supplying an extensive range of bespoke and ground-breaking products to a variety of industries both nationally and internationally. We were tasked with creating and implementing a brand-refresh and new website to better emphasise the high quality of work, tradition and ethos of the company across online platforms, stationary, transport livery and signage. We were invited to one of the warehouses to observe the methods and skills the staff have used for generations and see for ourselves how they combine this with state-of-the-art technology. This consolidated the idea of uniting the traditional with the contemporary. With this as our inspiration, we wanted to create a meaningful and long-lasting symbol, to represent Duncan Reeds' identity and become synonymous with the Duncan Reeds brand.
