With nearly 20 years experience managing blue chip accounts, she enjoys building collaborative relationships and identifying new opportunities resulting in client success. 
Sarah has significant experience in recognition and reward programmes, as well as a broad understanding of all employee experience and engagement challenges.
Originally from a marketing background Sarah moved into communication and motivation, and has held several positions agency-side since 2004.
