Ellen’s digital career started in an eCommerce agency where she supported a variety of B2B and B2C clients on the notoriously complex eCommerce platform, Magento. She gained experience in planning, development and delivery of projects for key clients, to ensure their sites kept up with current trends and customer demands. Backed up with relevant data insights, of course! 

Ellen is committed to ensuring clients exceed their business goals through tailored digital strategies here at Loom. Every single business is different, and she is focussed on truly understanding a business’s needs so she can utilise the most effective marketing services to grow their company. Her passion is being able to work closely with clients to create solutions that deal with current painpoints, alongside ensuring a site is optimised as much as possible for the end user.

In her spare time, you can usually find Ellen at the latest new foodie hotspot in town with friends, eating and drinking until her heart is content. When food isn’t on the menu, she loves to explore the nearby south west countryside, or devour the latest true crime documentary.
