With 13 years in the design industry in both the Far East and UK, Lei has a Masters in Graphic Design and has worked in a wide range of design roles in Beijing, Birmingham & London.

Currently based in China, Lei manages a team of designers and coders from afar. He brings a different dimension to lime’s cultural understanding of international markets and buying cultures, in particular, marketing to Asia. He also offers a fresh perspective on creative and innovative design.
