Basia has more than 13 years of experience in finance and administration. Having worked in different industries including travel, software technology, biotechnology, and educational and social enterprises, she has acquired a wide set of skills and understanding of the different organisational needs.

Her work over the years has been centred around effective finance administration, financial software implementation and utilisation, internal process development and financial analysis with a particular focus on the ‘story behind numbers’.

Basia is a fully qualified AAT accountant and has recently completed an Open University degree in International Studies. She is looking forward to furthering her accounting career with CIMA.

When not at work, Basia can be found camping or Munro-bagging (she has managed 11 so far, only 271 to go!).
