Tara, Kindred’s Chief Strategy Officer, started her career in communications in PR agency 3 Monkeys, followed by nearly a decade in brand strategy at Ogilvy for clients like Dove, Coca-Cola and Kronenbourg 1664. In 2015 she joined the management team of Ogilvy Change, successfully winning pitches for organisations like Coca-Cola, WRAP, Recycle for London and Public Health England. In March 2018 she joined Publicis as its first Behavioural Strategy Director. She is a certified trainer of lateral thinking, former Campaign ‘30 under 30’ and WACL Future Leaders Award Winner.
