About

James is a multi-award winning creative director with over 18 years’ experience encompassing visual communication, branding, interactive design and creative strategy in a combination of both agency and client side roles.

His role encompasses the creative leadership of the Realise design team, developing, shaping and defining company-wide design competence and operations. He also oversees all high-level design decisions for every client, ensuring only the very best creative work is delivered.

James has a proven track record of creating and delivering customer driven cross platform products for a roster of both national and international clients across multiple industry sectors including Allianz, Bourne Leisure, The British Museum, Burger King, Cadbury, Cancer Research, Disney, DTZ, Endemol Shine, The National Gallery, Samsung, Unilever, V&A, Warner Bros.

During James’ time with Disney as Head of Creative, EMEA he established and led an interdepartmental programme entitled ‘Ideas Lab’ driving forward creative culture within the company creating a catalyst for the design and development of digital products, helping originate new commercial products, services and interactive experiences for the business. As a direct result of this new programme, 5 new concepts were commissioned in the space of 6-months.
