Upon graduating, Lucy joined a small ad agency in Cambridge before moving to London to join Team LGM where she started working on the Sainsbury’s business. She continued to develop her retail experience at Dynamo (now Wax) in addition to managing the Paramount Pictures, Muller and Sainsbury’s Bank accounts for 6 years.Having moved to INITIALS in August 2008, she now heads up the Sainsbury’s, Papa John’s and Recyclebank accounts. In her capacity as a director, Lucy is also Head of People and runs the HR requirements for the agency.
