SEAT UK

Since our appointment in December 2016, we've been working with SEAT UK to deliver an ongoing, multi-channel strategy for Volkswagen Group's first ever European retail stores: SEAT Store Lakeside and SEAT Store White City. We were tasked with increasing footfall, generating account creations and test drives, and driving sales - working towards an overall business goal of maximising the number of orders taken at the stores. Our activity utilises all major digital channels, including organic/paid social, programmatic display, paid search, YouTube and programmatic audio. We are also responsible for developing a constantly-refreshed suite of animations for the stores' video walls and an ongoing series of in-store tactical events - ensuring we capture the attention of prospects at all stages of the purchase funnel, encouraging them to step into the stores and engage.

UCB Pharma

JJ has worked with UCB Pharma across its over the counter antihistamine brand, Zirtek Allergy Relief since 2014, delivering campaigns to both the trade and consumer market. Raising awareness of Zirtek Allergy Relief to the core audiences within the highly competitive consumer and pharmacy market. Our activity spans research, planning, social media, Sky AdSmart, programmatic advertising, point of sale and pharmacy support.

ADESA UK

ADESA is an online vehicle remarketing provider for UK OEMs, fleet & leasing companies and dealers. ADESA asked JJ to support with its launch in the UK. Already established in the US but with a different proposition in a vastly different landscape, JJ's role has been to evaluate the existing global brand and create an appropriate identity that is tailored to the UK market and the specific proposition that ADESA has brought to the region. This has involved a complete undertaking from the ground up, introducing new branding, messaging and creation of a wide-ranging set of assets to satisfy a comprehensive communications strategy that we also developed.

Gravity has supported them with PR, Advertising and Event Support for over 10 years.

CSA

The CSA is the only National Trade Association in the UK for companies active in the debt collection and debt purchase industry. The Association, which has a history dating back to 1906, has around 300 member companies who employ 11,000 people. At any one time members hold up to £60bn for collection, returning nearly £3bn in collections to the UK economy per annum. As the voice of the collections industry, the vision is to build confidence in debt collection by making the entire process clear, easy to understand and less stressful for all those involved. Tobago Tourism Agency Ltd

A newly government appointed department, Tobago Tourism Agency, was initiated to promote and reinvigorate international tourism. The task was to market to and engage a geographically diverse sales channel, the travel trade over 9 countries - Canada, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Norway, Sweden, UK & Ireland, USA. Gravity developed a 10-point plan including a brand proposition, exhibiting at international travel shows, creating a Tobago tour bus, events, education and training on island together with a paid, owned and earned communications campaign. This programme transformed engagement of the international travel trade and businesses on island - driving Tobago 'arrivals' to a record high.

Described as "a merger of equals" it brought together two complementary businesses with a shared focus on delivering excellent investment performance and service to clients. Janus Henderson Investors offer a highly diversified range of products, harnessing the intellectual capital of some of the industry's most innovative and formative thinkers. The business is structured to meet the evolving needs of clients across distribution channels and geographies. The 'Knowledge. Shared' ethos informs this approach - it is reflected in how the investment teams interact and their commitment to empowering clients to make better investment and business decisions. The requirement was to give meaning to the merger. This needed to be framed in a way that: Showed what was in it for Janus Henderson intermediaries and clients Builds on and helps establish Knowledge. Shared across the combined businesses Creative was designed to: Reinforce the sense of merger Promote the combining of complementary skills, presence and capability Create an ownable property through the creative platform by focusing on couplets/combinations We took the wireframes that gave Henderson Global Investors a distinctive look in the landscape and evolved them for the ongoing brand work.

JJ has worked with Nikon since 2010, designing and developing responsive websites, emails, online adverts and an interactive game. Recent projects have included the newly launched Nikon promotions site (historically Nikon Cashback), which runs a variety of offers and deals, and the redesign of the Nikon School website - an ecommerce site enabling booking and purchase of various Nikon photography training courses in a number of locations around the UK. Other projects have included the design of online advertising to support UK-wide campaigns on sites such as Dixons, Argos , John Lewis and Asda - along with online banner adverts for the Nikon UK environment on Amazon UK

RCI Financial Services

JJ has been working with RCI Financial Services since early 2014, assisting with its digital marketing strategy. We handle all communications for RCI, covering customers of Renault, Nissan, Dacia and Infiniti Finance. We work to define the customer experience, journey and associated communications and our key role is to drive customers online to the dedicated finance portal, where they can view a range of associated product and services offers as well as third-party incentives that we facilitate.

The team at JJ act as an extension of their in-house marketing team on integrated acquisition and retention campaigns covering creative and execution, internal communications for the frontline team, collateral development, event support, digital and direct campaigns. We input at a strategic level to both their annual planning and quarterly priorities to ensure focus on key activities and effectively evaluate ROI and KPIs. We also play a pivotal role with other agencies rostered to coordinating media inputs and channel execution.

NatWest Markets

NatWest Markets, part of RBS Group is a specialist niche player in the market, providing financing and risk management to their UK and Western Europe corporates, global investors and financial institutions. Our support for NWM spans across product launch campaigns, including DM, animation, email comms and internal communications for the frontline staff. We continue to support NWM with their marketing initiatives across brochureware, product collateral, email and internal comms.

RBS International

Part of RBS Group, JJ has been working with RBS International to develop its go-to market strategy for its Corporate and Markets division, developing brand narratives for each sector and developing a new visual identity. JJ also provides strategic support across annual planning and strategy, playing a pivotal role in implementation of activity including events, collateral, advertising, sales toolkits, internal comms, product and platform launches and campaigns.

RCI Bank

We worked with RCI Bank on the launch of their online savings accounts for UK customers, developing and establishing their brand identity and digital media / advertising to support the campaign. We continue to work with the bank, acting as their brand guardian, designing and enhancing their website user journey and executing their marcomms campaigns.
