Hiya I’m Steve,

I’ve been working in social and content for nearly 10 years setting social content strategies for large media companies and working across national accounts. 

I currently work across several UK and Welsh Government accounts, which include creating social content and strategies for the Welsh Government’s ‘Keep Wales Safe’ coronavirus comms, Organ Donation?Wales, Transport for?Wales, Careers?Wales and Open University among others. 

Before working at Golley Slater, I was responsible for the social media strategy of?Wales’ largest commercial news website,?Wales?Online. Delivering platform-specific strategies to engage audiences and improve website loyalty helping drive more than 9.7 million social interactions, 66.7 million social video views and 100 million readers to the website.? 

Day-to-day, I head up our dedicated social media team and my role in your team will be to plan your social content campaigns, devise and create your organic social content and help bring your messages to life in the most shareable ways. 

We produce all levels of organic social content from shareable GIFs to fully animated or filmed social video and we strive to create content that authentically brings your company and your products to life. 

We also understand the latest innovations that will keep people liking, commenting and sharing your content and we’re also experienced in influencer campaigns – using influencers heavily in our recent Covid communications for the Welsh Government.
