We were set an ambitious target to achieve £1.3 million in online revenue in 2020.
With the luxury bed market being a smaller audience pool, products being at a much higher consideration rate than other furniture providers, and customers preferring to complete purchases in store where they could try the products, we had to make And so to Bed’s website work harder than it had ever done before.
